We’ve tried out a few different kinds of buildings here at the Dacha. Check out our attempt at a straw bale structure, an earth bermed house, as well as a canvas tent.
Each has its ups and downs, and we’ve learned a lot from the experiments of learning to construct in different ways.
The Buildings:

The Canvas Tent – canvas with wood framing (The tent is no longer with us, but it was lovely, and we have plans for a new structure in it’s place)
